B Plus, B+, Position

B+ also known at attitude à terre

This position is commonly referenced in preparations and the legend behind the position is credited towards George Balanchine, but others claim it is to be given credit to Barbara Walczak who danced for Balanchine and named the position while learning Symphonie Concertante in 1947.
